Today we want to clarify some things that V3 will do for players from versions 1.0 and 2.0 in the return of version 3.0.

First, for those who are not aware, we had an issue with complaints post-Christmas and New Year that caused Arkadia's services to be taken down. This was partly due to our overconfidence in security, which led to the main problem—placing some certificates on certain pages, causing confusion and facilitating false complaints. During the complaint period, it was about a Crypto drainer, but our users clearly knew it was false because, for one, we do not have any crypto payment system on the site. However, the fact that our certificates were outdated at the time made it easier for false reports to be made. But that’s water under the bridge now. We will attach the report below, but here's what happened:

• We had three companies involved in the takedown:
  1. The company hosting the site, referred to as Company 1.
  2. CloudFlare, referred to as Company 2.
  3. The company hosting the server, referred to as Company 3.

• Let's summarize how the takedown happened:
  
  - Company 1: Generates the certificate.
  - Company 2: Analyzes the certificate end-to-end.
  - Company 3: Receives the certificate.

This is the secure way to maintain good communication and avoid network problems.

However, the report happened because of an important failure:
- Company 2 received the report.
- Company 1 did not have a certificate ready for 2025 because our payment is annual and we needed to renew the certificate.
- Company 2 requested the certificate from Company 1, which replied that it was not possible to send the certificate because it had not been generated. Company 2 then added Arkadia's IP to the blacklist and instantly reported all involved IPs to Company 3. Consequently, Company 3 contacted us requesting valid documents and certificates, which we sent. Company 3 forwarded them to Company 2, which asked Company 1 to validate them. Company 1 did not validate and said to Company 2 that it was not possible to validate. Company 2 then requested more documents, including a photo of the secure representative and other info. We sent them, but Company 1 did not respond because it was the weekend. Company 3 canceled the machine, and the Azure backup was in the middle of Companies 1, 2, and 3, preventing login to the database because Company 2 blocked all access to DNS.

By Monday, Company 3 canceled our services due to lack of clarifications. As Arkadia is a private server, even though identity was proven, we could not prove we are a company. In this turmoil, Company 2, not realizing that an 'No company' was sending the documents, seems to have not taken the analysis request seriously.

With that, Arkadia had the last Azure backup from the 12th, which was exactly 26 days behind the server's current state. Hence, we decided to reboot to the KR version since it was getting complicated.

Now, let's explain what V1 and V2 players will receive back in V3.

First, we will provide compensation for users who spent on Arkadia from June to November, based on their total expenditure:

$301 - $400: 1100x [High-Grade] Israfil Sandglass + Cs Ring slot + 4x Bag slot add. + 100x Blue Reagent + 20x Red Reagent.
$401 - $500: 1600x [High-Grade] Israfil Sandglass + Cs Ring slot + 5x Bag slot add. + 150x Blue Reagent + 30x Red Reagent.
$501 - $600: 2200x [High-Grade] Israfil Sandglass + Cs Ring slot + 5x Bag slot add. + 220x Blue Reagent + 50x Red Reagent.

None of the items in question are tradeable and are only returned to the original accounts.

For those who spent from December to January on Arkadia, whether on packages or W-coins, all items from the packages and W-coins will be returned.

Additionally, all mounts shown in the screenshot below that users owned will be returned to the users.


Moreover, all costumes that users acquired, whether they are the Golden or Starter or from Arkadia packages from all periods, will be returned.

Regarding mounts and costumes, they must be in the account based on the last backup, as we know who purchased the latest packs. If you bought the golden pack in the past but it was not in your account, we will not recover it. The same applies to F2P players who bought costumes or mounts from other players. If they are in your account, you have the right to recover them.

Regarding F2P:

**F2P Players Will Receive:**
From the start, we will provide an optimized boost for everyone, as well as optimized cash rewards throughout the game. As always, Arkadia will offer rings and other functions based on farming, giving F2P players the opportunity to acquire cash items through farming.
