The benefits are cumulative. Let's explain with an example: if you make four $10 donations, you receive the accumulated benefits. For example:
$10 + $10 + $10 + $10 =
20x + 30x + 40x + 60x [High-Grade] Israfil Sandglass
+1x Blue Dragon Skin
+1x Blue Dragon Mount
+1x Permanent PvP 'the choice is yours' Costume
When you reach $40, the cumulative total resets to $0.

Any Costumes that exist in the Game outside of: 'Golden General', 'General', 'Police' that were exclusive to the funded member package are not available, unless the player already has one of these, then we make the change stats after purchase.

Some costumes are not available for immediate delivery, but if the user chooses and sees that it is not available for immediate delivery, we will deliver after maintenance.

This package was designed at the request of the players, so it will be a unique opportunity in terms of selectable costumes and packages at the moment.
